Degree of Bachelor of Arts from Howard University, Washington, D. C. Degree of Dr. of Philosophy from Tuscaloosa, Okla. 1906 became member of Delaware Annual conference. Charges: Fordsville, N.J.; Hudson, N.Y.; Berlin, Md.; Easton, Md.; John Wesley, Phila. Pa.; John Wesley, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Trenton, N.J. Elkton,Md. Worked 24 years in the church. "Knew nothing of racial prejudice - careful to send among us the same type and character of men whom he sent to the best favored conference in the church."
Family and Other Information Parents: Neomis & Margaret Woodley (1 of their 9 children) Spouse Hillie & daughter Pearl survive him.
