Rec'd training for ministry at Booth School of Theology, Phila. Member of Delaware Conf. in 1894 at Ezion Church, Wilmington. Charges: Rock Charge, Trinity, Frankford, Lincoln, Del. Stockton, Md.; Mardela Springs. Retired at Berlin, Md. 1917.

Allen of Stockton, Md - 4 children, 3 surviving: William Vaughn, Sylinea Sophia & Revella Elizabeth. Survived by wife, 9 children, 1 sister, 4 grandchildren.
