Message Abstract Forwards two deeds for school lots, also bill of material for School house 45 x 25 ft. from [[underlined]] Maughlin [[/underlined]] & Co. Baltimore, which they agree to furnish for $315.95 and one for house 20 x 30 ft. for $206 07. States that the frames of these houses are raised, the larger in Queen Ann County and the smaller in Kent County; that they are waiting for help &c.
