Transcribers Notes | Message forwarded to D.G. Swain, who replies "Respectfully returned. There are already ten schools in successful operation in Kent County and the people seem to take a greater interest in educational matters than in some other Counties in the State. I recommend that an appropriation of seventy-five dollars ($75) be made for completion of within mentioned House" |
