Abstract Thomas Dawson & testator's friend & neighboer John Kemp to hold in trust the tract of land called Cudlington Addition for the support & maintenance of tract of land Cudlington Addition for the support & maintenance of Eve 7 her 3 children Tilly, William & Thomas until the said William arrives at age of 18 & then no longer nevertheless the said Dawson & Kemp or the survivor of them shall pay & cause the rents, profits etc for the land to be annually paid to the above named Eve & her children. Codicil to will: all the provisions that are around testator's dwelling house are for her & her children.

Boy Thomas to have testator's desk & silver watch - the maker's name Thomas Yoakley & the other silver watch to be delivered to William. Boy Nacy Dover to have mare he is now in possession heretofore delivered to him.

Abstract Thomas Dawson & John Kemp to be trustees for term of 20 yrs & hold in trust testator's tract of land Cudlington's Addition for 20 yrs after testator's death & that rents & profits from same be expended & applied to support of Negro house wencn Eve & her 2 children Matila or Tildy & William. Yearly rent of 15 pounds to be expended as follows: clothing & support of Eve & children & Bet - each to have 1/2 of rent & after 20 years land is divised to Eve & Bett during life of Eve & after her death to her children. Should Eve die before then, then after 20 years to her children. Should Kemp refuse trusteeship then to Dawson to be trustee and should they both refuse they are to name 2 trustees.

After debts & funeral expenses are paid, remainder of testator's money to be applied for the support & education of Eve's two children.
