Abstract named executor along with thomas Dawson & instructed to sell all of testators livestock, farming utensils & household goods to divide the proceeds in as many parts as there are negroes & to pay each above age of 18 their distributive share & reserve the other parts for those under 18 until such time as they arrive at that age. After debts & funeral expenses are paid, remainder of testator's money to be applied for the support & education of Eve's two children.
