Abstract | William G. Aydelotte & Major G. Holland are appointed by court to divide Negroes belonging to estate of George P. Selby, deceased, in hands of administrator, James M. Holland, deceased, equally & fairly amongst entitled persons. To be done on or before 2nd Tuesday of December next. They are divided between Leah Selby, widow of deceased & orphan child Mary C. Selby, daughter of deceased. To Leah Selby: Harriet 30 yo, Ann 12 yo, Dallas 4 yo, Henrietta 2 yo, Harriet Ann 3yo. To Mary C. Selby: Wilson 30 yo, Leah 25 yo, Edward Handy 3 yo, Mary 36 yo, John 12 yo, unnamed girl 4 yo, girl Any 2 yo, Amanda 1 yo. Distribution signed 30 Nov 1850. |
