Abstract View & Estimate of annual value of estate of James P. Jones, minor in the care of Hetty Ann Jones, guardian. Commissioners appointed to estimate the annual value of estate including any slaves, working beasts, land, dwelling houses, outhouses, orchards, meadows, etc. Included in the the report is a reference to a place in the forest where "Negro Bordoin now lives" and also shows as part of the annual estimate: 1/3 of boy Herod Scott @ $15, 1/3 of woman Harriet @$6, 1/3 of 1/2 of Milly @ $3 and the farm lot where Bordoin lives @$5. Farm is in Coulbourn District.
