Abstract Application of James W. Holland, one of the children & legaties of Isaac Holland deceased. Ordered by Court that commissioners be empowered to assign widow of Isaac Holland her 1/3 part of the Negroes mentioned in will and are remaining unsold. Commissioners assign widow the Negroes that were bequeathed to her & shall find that this does not exceed value of 1/3 valuation of all Negroes remaining unsold. The terms of resolving the issue of her 1/3 value are stated in order.
