| Abstract | George H. Jarvis, Negro boy, 8 yo on 7 July last past come to Court & represented that he is not at service, or learning a trade, or employed in servcie of his parents & is without means sufficient for his maintentance. Therefore he is apprenticed by Court to James S. Melson until 21 yo to learn trade of a farmer. He is to receive suitable clothing & maintenance and at end of term to receive a suit of clothes to cost $10 or that sum in cash. |
