Abstract Orphans court selects commissioners to view & value estate of GeorgeAnna Tar, minor in care of George Hill, her temporary guardian. To estimate the annual value thereof including any slaves, working beasts, stock & utensils belonging to the minor to be leased with the lands, to include dwellling houses, outhouses, orchards, gardens, etc. Commissoners result in annual values of properties including Negro man Major at $50 annual value. Completed 24 June 1851.
