| Abstract | Charles Truitt, Negro boy 3 yo on 1 January last past, comes to court; he is not at service or learning a trade or employed in service of parents & is without sufficeient means for maintenance. He is bound by court as apprentice until he is 21 yo to William C. Mumford to learn trade of common laborer. He is to receive suitable clothing & maintenance through apprenticeship & when free to receive $15 in cash. |
