To have Negro girl Hester to serve according to the terms of the will of Wiliam Handley, and it is testatator's request that she set her Negro man Samuel James free at the age of 35 or 40 and all the increase of the above Negroes to be free at the age of 35. Codicil to will: to have Negro girl Harriet to serve her until she arrives to the end of the year 1872 and then to be free.
