Also to have Negro man Joshua to serve him for the term he had to serve under the condition in that his mother gives him up to testator's son Robert to raise and educate or to his grandmother, which may be living. Codicil to will: whereas in the original will, testator gave to him Negro Henry who has since died, in place of Henry testator devises Negro William Nutter to serve until the expiration of the term mentioned in the original will as bequeatheed to testator's daughter Susan.
