Orphans Court appoints James Wilson and John Stewart appraisers to report on real estate of Charlotte Washington King and Robert Jenkins Henry King, orphans, in the care of Esther W. Winder, their guardian. 3 Aug 1805 appraisers report that the following negroes belong to said orphans to be leased with said lands: Ben, Sharper, Shadrach, Littleton, Elisha, Robin, Simon, Glasgo, Littleton, Denwood, Nelson, John, Stephen, Kiah, Jesse, Eli, Handy, Hamilton, Stephen, Beck, Tamer, Milley, Esther, Ben, Leah, Nancy, Casa, Lizey, Eve, Caleb, Nancy, Ebby, Betty, Nancy, Sarah, Milcha, Patt, Michael, Lucy, Mary, Israel, Stephen, Leah, Isaiah, Hetty, Henry, Jacob, Amos, Levin, Pacy, Abigail, Sabra, Lib, Sall, Zipporah, George, Lambert, Finder, Moses, Milvin, Patience, Juda, the annual value of which is 234 pounds. There is at Princess Anne at 2 story frame house 30 ft by 20 ft called the new store in good repair, annual value 30 pounds; at Princess Anne one other store shouse 30 by 20 feet in indifferent repair, 1 granary 42 by 20 feet, one dwelling house now occupied by Mrs. Denwood 16 by 16 feet, 1 kitchen 16 by 16 feet, 13 pannels of pailes all bad repair, annual value 12 pounds 10 shillings; at Princess Anne one dwelling house now occupied by Mrs. Cowan 24 by 18 feet, 1 side shed 8, one wing 20 by 15 feet in indifferent repair, annual value 30 pounds. On the north side of the Branch Plantation 1 dwelling house 20 by 16 feet with one side and end shed in indifferent repair, 1 old kitchen very bad, one smoak house bad, 1 lumber house bad, 1 milk house indifferent repair, 1 olf Quarter bad, 1 barn 32 by 20 feet, 1 side shed good, 1 side shed 32 by 20 feet, 2 side sheds good, 1 old born house, 12,000 panel fence 6 logs 1650 pannells 8 logs to the pannel, 140 apple trees annual value 140 pounds, 1/3 to be cultivated in Indian corn annually. That there is on the south side of the Branch 1 new dwelling house not compleated, one negro house 16 by 16 feet, 1 negro house 16 by 16 feet very bad, 1 old born house, 1 old barn 2400 pannels fence 7 logs to the pannel, 150 apple trees to be cultivated in Indian corn annually, value 75 pounds. There is on the old dwelling place 1 brick dwelling house in indifferent repair, 1 kitchen bad, 1 lumber house bad, 1 large quarter good, one large bard good, 12 pannels railing around the graveyard 213 pannels fence 7 logs to the pannel, 300 apple trees, 500 peach trees, value 37 pounds 10 shillings. There is on the place Your Roach lives 1 old house very indifferent & 350 pannels fence, annual value 7 pounds 10 shillings and it is our opinion that none of the Tobacco Lotts should be cultivated in Indian corn. Total annual value of lands aforesaid, including negroes to be 616 poiuns 10 shillings.
